Thinking of making the next move?
Whether it’s for health or aesthetic reasons, at is we will make these reasons -> goals and achieve them together.

CLASSIC WEIGHT TRAINING

Training with weights helps build and sustain muscle mass.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Physiotherapy restores physical and psychological health.

CARDIO TRAINING

Cardio training contributes significantly to weight loss.

CORRECT BALANCE

It may seem easy, but more people don’t know how to walk correctly.

IRONBODY

TRAINING METHODS

"IronBody" is a training method based on the continuous training and strengthening of the core (builtcore). The aim is to release the power of the whole body as a whole to perform difficult physical tests and achieve individual goals in functional everyday life, in any sport or hobby. The main axis in "IronBody" training is the simultaneous increase of strength, endurance, speed and proprioception-balance. That is why the entire training is based on continuous teaching, execution and of course evaluation in 3 categories as well as the all-around section (IRON BODY SPORT). Below are our departments:

Strengthening section with resistances (IRONHERCULES)

It is based on simple or complex exercises ("IronBody" exercises) with free weights, with simple sets, circuit training and pyramids. The execution takes place in three axes:

  • Static simple execution (self-focus, systematic increase of resistance, great importance on negative repetitions)
  • Dynamic "IronBody" execution (all exercises are performed with the main goal of strengthening the core, mainly in a closed biokinetic chain, absolute combination of resistance with proprioception-balance) and
  • Explosive performance (all exercises are performed with the main goal of strengthening, while improving speed, endurance and explosiveness)

BODYWEIGHT TRAINING (IRONBODYWINDWALKING)

It is based on simple or complex exercises ("IronBody" exercises) with body weight or additional resistance on the body, with simple sets, circular training, and pyramids. The execution takes place in three axes:

  • Static simple execution (self-focus, systematic increase in reps-variety and resistance bands-discs, chains, on one arm or leg, great importance on negative repetitions)
  • Dynamic "IronBody" execution (all exercises are performed with the main aim of strengthening the core, mainly in a closed biokinetic chain, combined execution with simultaneous core strengthening as in Spiderman pull-ups or bends, absolute combination with proprioception-balance using balls, balance disc, etc.) and
  • Explosive execution – some exercises have only explosive execution based on their nature (all exercises are performed with the main goal of strengthening at the same time as improving speed, endurance, and explosiveness – explosive execution of the exercises on the ground, barbell, bag or box, etc.)

CORE DEPARTMENT (IRONBUILTCORE)

It is based on simple or complex exercises ("IronBody" exercises) with body weight or additional resistance on the body, with simple sets, circular training and pyramids. The exercises are done on the ground (abdominal singles with a wheel, dorsal exercises), on single beam stations, on double beams, on trx, on a wall and mainly on balls and balance discs. For resistance we use discs or any weights either on boards or end weights. All exercises start as simple as possible, with few repetitions or short isometric execution time and no additional resistance at the initial evaluation levels and end up complex with high resistance and many combinations as well as repetitions or isometric execution time.

IRONBODY ALL AROUND

IronBody All Around is the crown jewel of IronBody training. It is based on the ability of the athlete in all sections of an IronBody session combined with speed, explosiveness, and endurance.
