A Cretan gymnast entered the Guinness Book of World Records! He did 51 push-ups on medicine balls! With stubbornness, hard training and absolute concentration, a gymnast from Crete managed to repeat the same record in bent over with a closed grip and enter the Guinness Book! Kostas Stathopoulos from Heraklion, physiotherapist and athlete at a well-known sports center in Heraklion, managed to perform within one minute 51 closed grip curls on medicine balls. Thus, he "broke" the previous record of 45 reps that he had passed his original performance / break with 44 reps on 7/8/2019!
