Most Hand Release Push Ups [18-12-2020]

A Cretan managed to win a place in the Guinness book, who broke the world record for pushups per minute.

On December 18, 2020, Mr. Kotsimbos managed to do 64 pushups per minute (most hand release pushups in one minute), breaking the previous record which was 58 repetitions!

Despite the health crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic and the pessimism that dominates society, the Iron Body athlete, Giorgos Kotsimbos - in the midst of lockdown - proved that when there is a strong will, anything can be done.

His record was filmed and recorded at the IronBody Project training center in Heraklion, Crete.

HIS ARM WAS SERIOUSLY INJURED

Giorgos Kotsimbos success takes on even greater dimensions due to the fact that only a few months ago he had suffered a serious injury to his right arm.

However, he did not give up and with proper training and preparation he succeeded in breaking the world record at the same time.
