IronBodyTeam was set up by IronBodyProject, the first gymnast to perform the exercises and training programs, Stathopoulos Konstantinos in 2014. Next to him were Stathopoulos Michail, Zoakis Athanasios and Mastorakis Emmanouil. The team started with photographer Pantelis Zoakis and caretaker Stephanis Vasilias. Workouts were done outdoors with or without equipment. From 2015, the band, having members of the filmmakers Hatzipanayiotis Alexandros and Nirgianakis Georgios, produced sports videos, showing great results to many athletes such as: Efthimiou Vasili, Konstantaki Angeliki, Pateraki Kostis (Hercules), Kochibo Georgios, Papoutakis Michail, Georgakopoulou Marianna, Metaxaki Maria, Kotzambasaki Despina, Porphyraki Nefeli, Papadopoulou Eleanna and Boulgaraki Stavroula. In addition, since 2014, patients and gymnasts have been helped achieve therapeutic goals, such as treating cystic fibrosis, osteoporosis and other musculoskeletal problems. Important examples are: Zachariadou Thalia, Spanos Eleftherios, Sygellaki Despina and Stefanis Vasilios.
