The Training Method “IronBodyProject Sport”

“IronBodyProject” is a method of training and at the same time a sport in the fitness category, based on continuous training and strengthening of the body (built-in), in order to release the whole body’s strength in order to perform difficult physical tests and achieve individual goals in everyday life, in any sport or hobby. The main axis in “IronBody” education is the simultaneous increase in strength, endurance, speed and propriety-balance. That’s why the whole workout is based on continuous teaching, execution and of course evaluation in 3 categories-sections as well as in the all-around section (IRON BODY SPORT H X-POWER) which is the very sport. Below are our sections:

  • Strength training with resistances (IronHercules): It is based on simple or complex exercises (“IronBody” exercises) with free weights, with simple sets, circular workout and single or double pyramids. Execution is done in three axes:
    • Static simple execution (concentration, systematic increase of resistances, significance of negative repetitions)
    • Dynamic “IronBody” execution (all exercises are performed with the main purpose of strengthening the trunk mainly in a closed biocompatible chain, absolute combination of resistances with propriety-balance) and
    • Explosive execution (all exercises are performed with the main goal of empowering at the same time as improving speed, endurance and explosiveness)
  • Strength section with body weight (IronBodyWindwalking): It is based on simple exercises (“IronBody” exercises) with body weight or additional body resistance, with simple sets, circular workout and single or double pyramids. Execution is done in three axes:
    • Static simple execution (concentration, systematic increase of repeats-variety and resistances-disks, chains, on one hand or foot, important in negative repetitions)
    • Dynamic “IronBody” execution (all exercises are performed with the main purpose of strengthening the trunk mainly in a closed biocompatible chain, combining execution with simultaneous torso strengthening such as Spiderman pulls or bends, absolute combination with propriety-balance using balloons, balance disk) and
    • Explosive execution – some exercises only have explosive performance based on their nature (all exercises are done with the main goal of empowering at the same time as improving speed, resistance and explosiveness – explosive execution of ground exercises, single-piece, sack or box etc.)
  • Section of torso empowerment (IronBuiltCore): It is based on simple or complex exercises (“IronBody” exercises) with body weight or additional body resistance, with simple sets, circular workout and single or double pyramids. Exercises are done on the ground (abdominal simple with wheel, back), monoengines, trunks, trx, wall and especially balls and balance trays. For resistors, discs or any weight on boards and edge weights are used. All exercises start as simple with a few repetitions or a little isometric execution time and no additional resistance to the initial evaluation levels and end up with complex resistances and many combinations but also repetitions or isometric execution time.
  • Iron Body Sport (Iron Body X-Power): Iron Body X-Power is the crown of the Iron Body Workout. It is based on the ability of the athlete in all parts of IronBody combined with speed, explosion and endurance. This means that an IronBody athlete (usually do not do) should be good in all three main parts and in all the variants of execution, so he has a high performance in all three segments.
